Behaviour Consulting Offerings
Whether you’re looking for puppy raising support or guidance with leash reactivity or aggression, our consulting practice integrates multiple scientific disciplines to inform our treatment program and support you in the calibration or re calibration of the deep bond that is the canine-human connection.
I offer trauma-informed consulting that supports you and your dog through every step of your healing journey. Training that focuses solely on rewards and punishments as the only road to behaviour change can miss the mark on treating the behaviour problems you’re seeing in your dog, or, in some cases - can even make the problems worse.
How to work together:
Step 1: Book a discovery call - free, 20 minutes on the phone with our lead trainer, no-obligation and explore whether we’re the right fit for you!
Step 2: Complete our Initial Behavioural Intake Program (1-2 weeks in length depending on behaviour severity) to get access to all of our behaviour and walking services
Step 3: Once your Program is completed, book continuing support services using the menu and calendar below to continue the journey!

Step 2:Initial Behavioural Intake Program
Once you’ve had your free discovery call, use the link below to book your Initial Canine Consultation which will run anywhere from 1 to 2 hours long.
From there, we will be in close contact as you receive active follow up support to track shifts in the system. This will be needed anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks post-consultation.
The Initial Intake Program includes:
An In-Depth Pre-Session Intake Form for our Consultants Review prior to Consultation
Pre-Session Video Review, if deemed helpful (I’ll request specifics in advance relevant to your case)
1-2 hours of in-person or virtual time with behavioural consultant, Sydney Lupton (CPDT-KA)
Breed-Specific Enrichment and Welfare/Deep Need-Meeting Guidance
Supply of Specific Educational Resources Specific to you and your Dog
Detailed Follow-up Email Recap of our Time Together
Post-Session Email Support for 1-2 weeks following Implementation of Recommendations to Track Shifts in the System
Access to our Online Members Only Portal which includes various educational on-demand videos all about dog behaviour and living with dogs
Investment:
In-Person: $165.00 (+GST)
*Please note: Travel to Cranbrook, Meadowbrook or Tata Creek is an additional $15.00 fee*
Virtual: $150 CAD (+GST)
*After your completion of the Initial Consultation, you will become eligible for our support bundles, add on support hours, walk and training services, reactive dog group walks and other programs.
